These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EXOPS Training, a division of EXOPS AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our training platform, website, courses, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use EXOPS Training, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• Use the Services in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws

4. Payments, Billing & Refunds

If you purchase training, subscriptions, or other content:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

• By purchasing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your payment method

• All fees are listed at the time of purchase

• Refunds, if offered, are subject to EXOPS AI’s refund policy (if applicable)

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EXOPS Training is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes:

• Course videos

• Written lessons

• Quizzes and assessments

• Training materials

• Branding (including EXOPS Training and EXOPS AI trademarks)

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the training content for your own learning only.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Distribute

• Publish

• Sell

• Train an AI model using the content

• Repurpose content under your own brand

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.

6. Certificates & Training Records

EXOPS Training may issue certificates upon course completion.
We may revoke certificates if:

• You violate these Terms

• You fraudulently complete assessments

• You request account deletion that removes required verification data

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools such as:

• Payment processors

• Learning management systems

• Email marketing providers

• Analytics services

• Hosting providers

By using the platform, you consent to data processing by these providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee:

• 24/7 uptime

• Error-free operation

• Immediate support response

• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account, with or without notice, if:

• We reasonably believe termination is necessary

Upon termination:

• No refunds will be provided unless required by law

• Error-free operation

Training content is for educational purposes only, not professional or operational certification unless explicitly stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EXOPS Training and EXOPS AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the course or service in question

You use the platform at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EXOPS Training and EXOPS AI harmless from:

• Claims

• Damages

• Losses

• Liabilities

• Legal fees

arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EXOPS AI is legally registered.
Any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction’s courts.
